Levi Weaver
Levi is the technical and creative mind behind Papa Draftsman’s design work. With over a decade of experience, he specializes in turning ideas into buildable blueprints—balancing design with zoning, code compliance, and real-world challenges. Hands-on experience in residential construction gave Levi a deep understanding of how homes are built—insight that grounds every design in real-world practicality. He’s the one who deciphers building regulations, uncovers variance opportunities, and brings it all together using 3D Revit and AutoCAD to deliver detailed, permit-ready plans.

Papa's Story
Built for our family. Designed for yours.
Papa Draftsman began as more than just a business idea—it was a leap of faith by two people determined to build something meaningful for our family and our community.

Levi’s background is in architectural design, with nearly a decade of experience working with builders and homeowners across the Okanagan. His hands-on roots go back even further—learning the trades alongside his carpenter dad—and his technical training through the University of the Fraser Valley gave him the tools to turn big ideas into smart, buildable plans.

Tiffani came from a different path, grounded in leadership, operations, and creative problem-solving. With a love for systems, communication, and big-picture strategy, she brought the structure and clarity that helped shape the business behind the blueprints.

When our second baby was born, we stepped away from the traditional 9-to-5 and leaned fully into our dream. We rented out our home, packed up our family, and took our kids on a 7-month working adventure through Central America. Between beach days and nap times, we poured everything we had into building Papa Draftsman—from the ground up.

We didn’t just want to draw homes. We wanted to make the process more approachable, more collaborative, and more human—for families, builders, and developers alike. Today, Papa Draftsman supports clients across BC and beyond with custom home design, permit-ready blueprints, and honest, thoughtful service at every step.

We believe good design does more than meet code—it shapes the spaces that shape lives.
